The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Irving Medical Center (NYP/CUIMC) is the premier center for complex interventional cardiology procedures in the New York City area. In addition to Columbia Cardiology faculty, the Cath lab is available to a selected group of physicians in private practice who meet Columbia’s high standards and commitment to quality.

All members of our affiliated clinicians program are vetted by the Columbia Interventional Cardiovascular Care Cath Lab Director to ensure they provide excellent care and support for all patients and procedures. These clinicians are required to attend all continuing educational programs, maintain all appropriate certifications and licenses, and provide the premium level of care you’ve come to expect with Columbia.
